Processing Policies

Orders will be processed in a timely manner, or All orders shall be processed within 5 business days unless to large to complete in 5 days.

Shipping Policies

All normal orders are shipped within 5 business days of the order via UPS using ground delivery unless expedited. If you wish to make other arrangements please contact us, or note this in the instructions when placing your order.

Refund Policies

No refunds on printed materials unless Cdigital caused the issue. Refunds based on situation. Shipping fees are not refunded.

Return Policies

Contact Cdigital about issue and a replacement or a Material return authorization will be issued.

Cancellation Policies

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of receipt. After that the job may be started and cannot be cancelled. If it has not been started it can be cancelled.
